Tab Mode in Reflow is designed to streamline the process of entering and editing notes in your musical score.
You enter the Tab Mode by double clicking / double tapping on a staff.
Here are the key concepts and functionalities of Tab Mode:
Cursor Indication: Your input cursor is highlighted with a blue cursor, making it easy to see where your next note or edit will be applied.
Cursor Navigation: Move your cursor using the arrow keys or by clicking directly on the staff. This allows for quick and precise placement of the cursor.
Extended Selection: Drag your mouse or use finger gestures to draw an extended selection rectangle while in Tab Mode. This feature lets you perform actions on multiple selected beats at once, making bulk edits more efficient.
Appending Measures: When you move your cursor past the end of the song, a new measure is automatically appended. This feature ensures that you can continue composing seamlessly without manually adding measures.
Entering Frets on Tablature: On a tablature staff, you can use the numeric keys 0-9 to enter fret numbers. This is ideal for guitar and other fretted instruments.
